How we handle your data.

Last updated: 31 July 2026. This page describes what we actually do today. If that changes, this page changes with it.

The short version: we only collect what you type into a form. We use it to prepare your session and reply to you. We don't sell it, we don't hand it over for advertising, and we don't run marketing blasts. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.

Who handles your data

Automaty is the professional practice of Matías Leiva. For anything to do with your data, the one address to write to is hola@automaty.io.

What we collect, and why

There are exactly two forms on this site. Outside them, we ask you for nothing.

Where What we collect What for
Let's talk about your business Name, email, phone, and six answers about your business (what it does, team size, how long it's been running, what's holding you back, whether you have documented processes, and what you're after). To prepare the initial conversation before we speak, and to reach you if something goes wrong with the booking.
Maturity self-assessment Your email and your answers. The result is worked out in your own browser and you see it without giving us anything; we only ask for an email if you want it in writing. To email you your result. That's it.

We don't use your answers for advertising profiles and we don't combine them with third-party data. We never ask for card details or financial information anywhere on this site.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, your data passes through these providers and no others:

Provider What it does with your data
Hostinger — hosting and email Hosts this website. It also hosts the hola@automaty.io mailbox: that is where mail to us arrives, and where the replies we write by hand come from. We do not use Google Workspace for our email.
n8n (our own instance at n8n.automaty.io, on our own server) Receives your submission and processes it. This is our own infrastructure, not a third-party service. Self-assessment answers are stored in a database on that same server.
Google Sheets Used only for the initial conversation form: your request is saved to a private spreadsheet. Nothing else gets written there.
Gmail (SMTP) Used only for the self-assessment: the automated email with your result is sent through Gmail. The replies we write by hand do not go through it — they come from the Hostinger mailbox.
Cal.com Runs the calendar. When you pick a slot, Cal.com receives your name, email and chosen time so it can create the booking and send you the invite.
Google Fonts Serves the typefaces. Loading any page makes your browser request those files from Google, which receives your IP address. We never collect that ourselves and have no access to it.
Analytics provider None today. There is no analytics tool connected to this site. If we connect one, it will be a tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data, and this page will say so, with its date, before it starts running.

Some of these providers sit outside your country, so your data may be stored on servers in other jurisdictions. That comes with using these tools, and we'd rather say so than leave it out.

Automated sorting

Session requests go through an automated step that sorts the list by type of business and by what you've said is holding you back. It exists so the conversation starts better prepared. That sorting decides nothing on its own — a person reads every request and replies.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics tool. The site loads a small measurement layer of our own that currently sends nothing anywhere: there is no provider connected behind it, and by design that layer never transmits your name, email, phone number or anything you type. We don't follow you across pages or across visits.

Two honest exceptions: the Cal.com calendar, once it opens inside the session page, may use its own cookies to function; and Google Fonts receives your IP when it serves the typefaces, as described above.

If we ever add a measurement tool, it'll be one that doesn't collect personal data, and this page will say so before it starts running.

How long we keep it

We don't yet have an automatic deletion schedule, and we'd rather say that than invent a number. In practice we keep your request while there's an open conversation with you, and for a reasonable stretch afterwards in case it picks back up. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Email hola@automaty.io from the same address you used on the form, and tell us whether you want:

  • a copy of what we hold on you;
  • something corrected;
  • all of it deleted.

We'll reply and sort it out. If deleting your data means cancelling a session you've already booked, we'll tell you before we do it.

Children

This site is aimed at people running a business. It isn't intended for children and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If how we handle data changes, we update this page and its date. We don't keep old versions online, so if the detail matters to you, save a copy or write to us.

Something here not sitting right, or want to ask before handing over your details? Email hola@automaty.io. It's a fair question and we'll answer it.
